100% recommend to anyone! We (family of 9 including a toddler and infant) stayed there for a week and it was extremely clean, comfortable & safe (gated community)! The home was equipped with just about anything you would need/want! - gaming systems - single strollers -ironing board/iron - garage full of games - books - dishes/cookware - pool toys/equipment/pool towels - washer/dryer Etc. etc. etc. The home also has a booklet filled with SO many useful information about Disney, and surrounding areas! DO read if you are planning on going to the parks, SUPER helpful! Location was great as well! Took us about 20-25 minutes to go to the parks / downtown Orlando. Host was also extremely responsive and helpful - always answered any questions we had! This was my parent's first vacation in 10 years, and they didn’t know much about Airbnb’s but they left super impressed and want to book again for our next years vacation! Again, would 100% recommend to anyone!

We rented this villa for a family vacation I'm originally from Florida and hadn't been home in 8 years! We were a little hesitant because this was our 1st go with AIRBNB and was just worried the Villa wouldn't be as described, we were happily surprised at how wrong we were!! The home was EXACTLY as pictured& described. And it was very clean &up to par with expectations since the pandemic! The host communicated quickly with me over a few things when we first arrived with no delay. Someone came and even checked the pool while we were there to be sure it was clean. The only complaint we would have at all is that the jacuzzi jets hardly had pressure so due to that we didn't see the point in paying for the heating of it to use. The pool was well kept and clean also has a child protecting net around it that can be removed which was nice piece of mind even with mine being a little older, one is a sleep walker so this made us feel safe! Would recommend to anyone!!!

The house was a great home away from home! We had 4 teens who were very comfortable in their own spaces. I really liked the master being on one end of the house and other bedrooms on the other, which provided my husband and I with peace. The pool and jacuzzi were favorites! Plenty of towels and extras made our stay comfortable. Property management, Colin, was very responsive when contacted and we appreciated that very much. We would return!

My family had a great time at this home! The place was very clean, very spacious and felt like home. My kids enjoyed the game room and pool. The heated jacuzzi and pool was so relaxing & made the cool nights very enjoyable. The owners communication was very timely and much appreciated. We can not wait to book our next visit! :)

This was an amazing place. A beautiful gated community, the landscape is beautiful, everyone is friendly. The house was very big, bigger then I expected it to be and very comfortable. Me and my family will definitely go back. it wasn't to far from attractions and it was very close to international drive. It was amazing. I am very grateful to have been there, great experience.

This home is beautiful, and was even nicer in person. The hosts respond in a timely manner and were available to answer any questions I had. I loved that the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and any dishes that we needed during our stay. There were also plenty of towels and clean blankets in the closet which was nice. It was pretty cold when we arrived (low 50’s) so the heated pool and spa came in clutch! Everything was very clean and well maintained. Overall this house was very homey and comfortable, I have no complaints! I would definitely stay here again!

"Our party of five had a great time in this wonderful villa. It was clean and fresh in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, perfectly situated for us with shops nearby. We loved the beautiful private pool and terrace area and spent most of our time there. However, when a thunderstorm hit there was plenty fun things to do in the games room. The beds were supremely comfortable and added to the peaceful homely feeling of the whole villa after a day filled with activities. We are already planning our next stay!"

Just spent 4 days at this lovely villa with friends. We were a party of five, and enjoyed the spacious villa with all its excellent amenities. The decor is very attractive, VERY comfortable beds, and gorgeous pool, with great pool furniture.
Although we only ate breakfast, there is every item required to make a gourmet meal.
The games room was definitely an added bonus, and a few games of pool were played, great fun extra!
Sky Television also very welcome.
The gated security aspect of accommodation very efficient, and abundance of great restaurants within minutes of property excellent, and Disney Parks within 20 minutes!
Graeme and Ross great hosts and all communications were promptly answered. Absolutely flawless information and access to property, with a local agent to answer questions, if any.
Made the beginning of our vacation to Florida very special.

" From the outset we knew we had chosen the right villa with the right owners. Graeme & Ross have been instrumental in supporting us throughout the whole journey. The low, affordable deposit was a big attraction along with the jacuzzi and large spacious villa with many bathrooms. We just couldn't wait to go!
Once we arrived we were wowed. It was far better than we expected. It was huge. It wasn't just clean it was spotless. Complimentary tea/coffee and the all important toilets roll are the little things that make such an important and big difference. We have stayed in 6 villas in total during our visits to Florida but this was by far the best. The location is stunning and so convenient. So near to the parks, shops and restaurants but still quiet enough in a secure gated community. Brilliant. It could not have been a better villa in a better area. 100% satisfied.
Communication with the owners was also fantastic with swift email responses every time. It was quite emotional to have discovered the perfect set up after all these years but we finally found it in Graeme & Ross' superb villa - Thank you so much for allowing us to share such wonderful memories in such a wonderful place of yours! - David & Nicola from West Yorkshire"
