"Our party of five had a great time in this wonderful villa. It was clean and fresh in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, perfectly situated for us with shops nearby. We loved the beautiful private pool and terrace area and spent most of our time there. However, when a thunderstorm hit there was plenty fun things to do in the games room. The beds were supremely comfortable and added to the peaceful homely feeling of the whole villa after a day filled with activities. We are already planning our next stay!

"This villa was lovely with plenty of space for six adults and two kids. Pay the extra $15 per day to heat the pool and hot tub if you’re there in December, totally worth it! Located about 20 minutes from Universal and 30 from Disney, it was an easy drive. Be prepared to supply your own toilet paper, laundry, hand and dish soap, as only a limited amount is provided. Delicious Greek food a couple of miles away. The hosts were responsive to our changing arrival dates and quick to respond to our questions. Doesn’t list a blow dryer on amenities but there was one in the master bathroom. Great value for the price!"

House was great very close to the parks, shops, and restaurants all while avoiding the traffic on I4. We had a great time In the heated pool. The home had everything you could need. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone.

Graeme’s place is just like the pictures. It’s 100% clean. The pool/spa area was heated during our entire stay. There were floaties available which was great. Graeme kept in touch the entire time. My family and I had a great vacation.

It was perfect! It was very homey and cozy. The house was clean and in a private quiet area. I would definitely stay again! There was a ton of amenities to enjoy your stay inside the house for down time. The neighborhood was also nice and well kept. Friendly people, they even put the trash out before we had the chance to. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to relax in the pool after being out in the heat all day. We had no issues or concerns at all about the house. We would definitely recommend it to anyone! It’s about 40 minutes from universal, but that didn’t bother us. We liked being in a not so busy location. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!!

"Just spent 4 days at this lovely villa with friends. We were a party of five, and enjoyed the spacious villa with all its excellent amenities. The decor is very attractive, VERY comfortable beds, and gorgeous pool, with great pool furniture.
Although we only ate breakfast, there is every item required to make a gourmet meal.
The games room was definitely an added bonus, and a few games of pool were played, great fun extra!
Sky Television also very welcome.

The gated security aspect of accommodation very efficient, and abundance of great restaurants within minutes of property excellent, and Disney Parks within 20 minutes!

Graeme and Ross great hosts and all communications were promptly answered. Absolutely flawless information and access to property, with a local agent to answer questions, if any.
Made the beginning of our vacation to Florida very special.

Very beautiful home!! We loved every minute of our stay and it’s all thanks to the hosts! They were able to answer every question we had within minutes and went above and beyond during our stay. The villa itself is lovely, it is located in a quiet gated community and has an alarm system which allowed us to rest easy feeling very safe. Upon arrival, the home was sparkling clean and there was an information book which included a ton of helpful info about Disney and other parks in the surrounding area. The games room was fantastic and provided us with hours of fun at night or on rainy days. The backyard oasis was definitely the highlight of the trip. The pool is beautiful and allowed us to cool down during hot afternoons, and we ended up using the bbq everyday! Again, I can’t stress enough how caring the hosts were. Overall a wonderful trip and we’ve already recommended this listing to a few of our friends back home! We would definitely come back!
